    Dear IWERN Members,

SEAI coordinates Ireland's participation in the International Energy Agency (IEA) Technology Collaboration Programmes (TCPs).

We are writing to inform you that SEAI has launched a new call for appointment of experts to IEA TCP Tasks/Annexes.

Successful applicants to the call will participate in a research network that has 6,000 academics, researchers, policy makers and industry representatives, from nearly 300 public and private organisations, located in 55 countries from across the globe. The collaborations are focused on identifying optimal pathways for future energy systems and on developing new and improved technologies, processes and policies to deliver these.

Further details about the call can be found on SEAI's website: https://www.seai.ie/data-and-insights/seai-research/international-energy-agency/

We would be grateful if you could circulate this email to relevant colleagues in companies, research performing organisations (e.g. universities, institutes of technology, research groups, etc.), semi-state and public organisations.

Any queries relating to this call should be submitted by email to: EnergyResearch@seai.ie. Please note, the deadline for receipt of queries is 5PM on Friday the 11th of October, 2019; queries received after this date may not be responded to.

    Best wishes,

    John Mc Cann
